TIPS TO ACCELERATE YOUR WEIGHT LOSS & AVOID A PLATEAU!
1. Drink 3 quarts of water (12 - 8 oz. glasses) throughout
the day. Water is the single most important catalyst in losing excess
body fat and in keeping it off. When you don't drink enough water, the
waste load becomes too much for the kidneys to handle alone. Your liver
will stop metabolizing fat and start helping the kidneys with the waste
load.
2. Avoid excessive carbohydrates and fats.
This means eat more whole grain food and less white or refined products.
Include lean protein in your meals and enjoy a variety of veggies &
salads. Be careful to not go too low on your fat. (Never less than 20
grams.) For your height and weight your weight loss target range is
calories per day _fat grams. If you are drawn to bread, pasta, sweets,
popcorn, potatoes, and know you tend to eat more of these foods we recommend

3. Cleansing of the body is essential for
health and weight loss. If you usually didn't get hungry before the
program, or had difficulty in weight loss, have used medications in
