For the 30 Day Guarantee
I am serious and committed about losing weight. I have purchased a program
from Wendy and have read the following:
I also understand
that certain products in my program may or may not last 4 weeks (like
the Thermo Green depending on how much you take). I agree to fully participate
in the "Follow-up"program. Failure to follow up will cancel my 30 day
guarantee. My participation includes:
- Weighing and measuring
before I begin & recording the amounts
- Weighing and measuring
every week, recording the amounts and reporting my progress to Wendy,
my coach.
- Contact
Wendy, my coach, with any questions regarding the program, product
use, changes, and upgrades.
I understand that
failure to fully participate in the 'Follow-Up" program will void the
30 day Guarantee. The guarantee refers to satisfaction with regards to
products and the results after having taken the products faithfully, not
that a weight or inches will be lost within that time.
