10:00 am:

3 Green, 1 Beige w/ 12 oz. water
(take 2 G to 1 B for full 30 day supply)

*For more appetite control & energy you can use 4 green & 2 beige; call your coach first

Lunch:

anything you'd like, just cut back a little

  • 1 #3 cell activators
  • 1cell-u-Loss
  • 1aminogen
  • 2 thermobond . . . . . ___________ - ___________
1 hour after:
(evening)
2 yellow (You may take 1 beige with this to give you more appetite control.)
